We currently offers one shipping service: Express Mail Service (EMS) or TNT for all orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your acct).

Delivery Time

Receipt of all orders normally takes 6-10 business days by EMS or TNT. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the EMS or the TNT transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.

International Shipping

We offer Express Mail Service with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. It usually takes 6-10 working days for delivery. Additional 24-48 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours in case we have to contact PayPal or Credit Card payment processor for verification.
We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges.
* For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
* If your order has not arrived within the time period, there may be delay due to your country's custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.


Order Tracking

Order tracking is available in the My Account page or we'll send you a tracking link with tracking number via email when the order has been dispatched.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
* There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
* It may take 24 hour before tracking information appears on the website.
* Also, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make a return or exchange online, within 15 days of receiving your purchase.

1. If our product has quality question, please contact us in 3 days after you received it. Please enclose photo to show us what you get. Once confirmed, we will reship a new one or return your money as request.

2. If you received wrong item, we will refund all your money once confirmed. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.

3. If you want to exchange order, please contact us in time before goods is shipped out.

4. If you are not happy with the paintings after you have received, we will refund your money (Except Shipping Cost ) , but you need to pay the return shipping cost.

Please note:

We reserve the right to examine a return to see if it has been used. (Not just tried on.) If we determine a product to have been used, we will respectfully deny the return.

Do not remove the tags until you are sure you are keeping the product. Once the tag is removed, the product is yours. No exceptions.
We know when a product has been used for a photo shoot, and the tag has been reattached with your own pricing gun.

Do not remove tags. Or we will not give you a refund.

We do not reimburse shipping for exchanges or no-questions-asked return.
